As a follow-up to last week’s episode on transitioning from codependency and people-pleasing to an empowered mindset, I share in this episode how we can start to take small actions that build up to creating the feelings of security and confidence that allow us then to show up as our authentic selves, set boundaries with people, know what we want and not be afraid to ask for it.
